Draft for legal review. Provider: Kerbcut (company details on incorporation). Service: automated accessibility testing of public web pages and a written report. The report identifies a subset of possible issues; it is not a certificate of conformance and not legal advice.

You confirm that you own the site or are authorised to have it tested. We only read public pages, respect robots.txt, and never submit forms or place orders.

Price: €149 per Baseline Report including one rescan within 30 days, VAT as applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe. A scan that fails produces no report and is rescheduled or refunded.

Liability is limited to the price paid, except for intent, gross negligence and where the law does not allow limits. Portuguese law applies; consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence.
