Refunds and withdrawal

If a scan fails or cannot analyse your store, we refund in full on request. If you are not satisfied with a delivered report, write to support within 14 days and we will review it; refunds are at our discretion for business customers.

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. When you ask us to start immediately and the report is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal ends (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)); you confirm this at checkout.
